AAI provides educational and training services related to establishing and operating AI consulting agencies, including but not limited to:
Online courses and training materials, Group coaching sessions, Live clinics and workshops, Community access and networking events, Email support services
3. Enrolment and Payment
3.1 Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed upon payment of the program feeYou must be 18 years or older to enrolYou must provide accurate and complete information during registration
3.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required unless payment plan arrangements have been madeAll prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicablePayment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methodsPayment plans, where offered, must be honoured according to the agreed schedule
3.3 Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessedNo refunds are available after 14 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessedRefund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] may take 7-14 business days
4. Access and Usage

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational materialsAccess is for your personal use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or resoldLifetime access applies to the core course materials; live sessions and coaching have specified durations

You retain ownership of any content you create or submitBy sharing content in our community or sessions, you grant AAI a license to use it for educational purposes
6. Community Guidelines and Conduct
6.1 Acceptable Use
Treat all members and AAI team with respect and professionalismNo harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviorNo spam, self-promotion, or off-topic content in community spacesNo sharing of copyrighted materials without permission
6.2 Consequences
Violation of community guidelines may result in warning, suspension, or permanent removalNo refunds will be provided for removal due to misconduct
