AI Agency Institute - Terms and Conditions

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Agency Institute ("AAI", "we", "us", "our") services, including the 6 Figure AI Agency Program and related educational materials. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

AAI provides educational and training services related to establishing and operating AI consulting agencies, including but not limited to:

Online courses and training materials, Community access and networking events, Email support services

3. Enrolment and Payment

3.1 Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon payment of the program fee. You must be 18 years or older to enrol. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

3.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required unless payment plan arrangements have been made. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Payment plans, where offered, must be honoured according to the agreed schedule

3.3 Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. No refunds are available after 14 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Processing may take 7-14 business days

4. Access and Usage

4.1 License to Use

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational materials. Access is for your personal use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or resold. Lifetime access applies to the core course materials

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. AAI is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All course materials, videos, documents, and other content are owned by AAI or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content. You may not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture live sessions without express permission

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit. By sharing content in our community or sessions, you grant AAI a license to use it for educational purposes

6. Community Guidelines and Conduct

6.1 Acceptable Use

Treat all members and AAI team with respect and professionalism. No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. No spam, self-promotion, or off-topic content in community spaces. No sharing of copyrighted materials without permission

6.2 Consequences

Violation of community guidelines may result in warning, suspension, or permanent removal. No refunds will be provided for removal due to misconduct

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Educational Purpose

Our programs are for educational purposes only. Content is based on general principles and may not suit every situation. You should seek independent professional advice for your specific circumstances

7.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, income levels, or client acquisition. Success depends on various factors including your effort, market conditions, and business acumen. Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and may not be typical

7.3 Business and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We do not provide legal, tax, or business registration advice. You must obtain necessary licenses, permits, and insurance for your business

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

AAI's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Information Collection

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services. Information may include name, email, payment details, and usage dataWe comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988

9.2 Information Use

Personal information is used to deliver services, process payments, and communicate with you. We may use information for marketing purposes (you can opt-out at any time). We do not sell personal information to third parties

9.3 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure; you use our services at your own risk

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your enrollment subject to our refund policy. Cancellation does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred

We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms. We may discontinue services with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access materials ceases immediately

11. Australian Consumer Law

11.1 Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedy

We comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. We do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct

12. Dispute Resolution

Unresolved disputes may be referred to relevant consumer protection agencies. You may also seek resolution through Australian courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Australian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes

13.2 Modifications

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms

13.3 Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder of these Terms remain in effect

You cannot assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights with reasonable notice

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties. They supersede all previous agreements and representations
